Shipping and Returns Policy

  1. This shipping and returns policy is in addition to and does not affect your consumer rights.
  2. Shipping for orders through our online shop is only available to customers with an address on the UK mainland. Shipping to Ireland and Scottish Highlands will incur a higher delivery cost.
  3. We endeavour to dispatch all items within the stated time frame, but please note, if your order contains multiple items that are located across our different depots, the shipping time may be longer than specified at the time of checkout.
  4. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 28 days of purchase. In this case, please email with your order number within the email, and your request for a return or exchange.
  5. Customers are eligible for one free exchange, if you require more, we request that you pay the shipping cost for further exchanges.
  6. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at checkout, and shipping costs may not be refunded.
  7. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange delivery and bear the cost(s) to return or exchange the goods when cancelling an order, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
  8. In the event that our courier is unable to deliver a parcel to the intended recipient due to the recipient’s absence and no safe place being designated, the parcel will be returned to the courier’s depot or collection point. At this point, customers have the option to reschedule delivery or collect their order. In the absence of re-delivery or collection within 14 days, the parcel will be returned to us and the order will be cancelled and refunded, with the exclusion of shipping costs.
  9. If you receive the item in a damaged or faulty condition, we require photos of the damage or the fault and request that you send them to us at, with the order number you received in your order confirmation email as reference.
  10. We advise that any returns are sent via recorded delivery, as Ben Burgess Ltd will not accept liability for items that go missing in transit.
  11. Please allow 3-5 working days for any refunded purchases to appear in your bank account.
  12. To request a return, please email with your order number, full name and address and your reason for return. A member of our customer services team will get back to you within 48 hours.
