Shipping and Returns Policy

  1. This shipping and returns policy is in addition to and does not effect your consumer rights.
  2. Shipping for orders through our online shop is only available to customers with an address on the UK mainland.
  3. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 28 days of purchase.
  4. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to make the order.
  5. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange delivery and bear the cost(s) to return the goods when cancelling an order unless the product is faulty or not as described.
  6. If you receive the item in a damaged or faulty condition, we will require photos of the damage or the fault and request that you send them to us at ecommerce@benburgess.co.uk, with the order number you received in your order confirmation email as reference.
  7. We advise that any returns are sent via recorded delivery as Ben Burgess Ltd will not accept liability for items that go missing in transit.
  8. Please allow 3-5 working days for any refunded purchases to appear in your bank account.
  9. To request a return, please send an email to ecommerce@benburgess.co.uk with your order number, full name and address and your reason for return. A member of our customer services team will get back to you within 48 hours.
