  • Parts Advisor

    Our Part’s Advisors report into the Part’s Manager and play a central role in our mission to provide excellent customer experiences. Our part’s department is a busy place from servicing customers to ensuring our stock is correct there is never a dull day. Excellent customer service is a must, whether your working with a major farming group through to a member of the general public buying toys, we expect all our customers to get the same outstanding levels of customer service. Aside from the customer facing side of the role, this role may also spend time supporting the set out of the retail store and conducting stock takes. Customers don’t just mean our external customers, our Parts Advisors support the workshop and ensure that the correct parts are available when jobs are undertaken, working with our colleagues to identify parts, pick parts from stock and/or order parts as required.

  • Construction Area Sales Manager

    Our Area Sales Managers report into the Group Sales Manager and is reasonable for delivering new business and existing business sales from a portfolio of brands. Through carefully managing the relationship and matching the right products / services to the customers’ needs you achieve your sales target whilst delivering the exceptional Ben Burgess customer experience our customers except and maintaining profitability. This is a field sales role and as a result you will spend most of your working day either out on site, visiting customers or building new relationships with prospective customers, a company vehicle is provided. This role encompasses the whole sales cycle from creating new leads / opportunities right through to customer delivery and follow up.

  • Service Manager

    Our Services Manager reports into the Depot Manager and is front and centre in the aftersales experience for our customers. Leading the depots service and workshop teams this person shows exceptional leadership skills, is customer focused and has the ability to juggle a varied and busy workload. This role is key to delivering our vision of being an industry leader through offering excellent customer experiences and an inspiring place to work. This is a challenging but rewarding role for the right person. The workload and demands are varied and there is never a dull day whether supporting a customer with their service issue, dealing with a complaint, coaching a Technician or conducting a review the role will be diverse and exciting. You will be accountable for the smooth operation of the whole department and accountable for its performance, resourcing levels and quality.

  • Agricultural Service Technician

    Our Agricultural Service Technicians reports into our Service Managers and are the key to us ensuring we provide excellent customer service and keep our customers machinery and investments moving. The role is split between time in our state-of-the-art workshop and out in the field (literally) repairing, servicing and maintaining our customers machinery. You will be an experienced engineer ideally working in a dealer franchised environment on John Deere or similar machinery. You must have experience working with tractors, sprayers and/or combines however full LTA training is available.

  • Sprayer Technician

    This role offers a unique specialism in agricultural sprayers. In addition to carrying out the duties of our agricultural technicians, our sprayer specialist will work with equipment including self-propelled, trailed and mounted sprayers. You will be a qualified technician and come with experience in this equipment already, working in our new purpose-build workshop at Beeston.

  • Parts Manager

    Our Part’s Manager leads our front of house Parts department and reports into the Depot Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue through parts sales and ensuring our stock levels reflect the business objectives, strategies and targets set by our brands. Our parts teams are front of house and responsible for providing the excellent customer experiences Ben Burgess brand is known you role will ensure we maintain our customer service standards. In addition to the customers and your team, you are also accountable for the retail environment, ensuring its welcoming, effectively laid out and stocked correctly to effectively drive sales.

  • Trainee Sales

    Our Sales Apprentice is the first rung on the ladder to becoming an Area Sales Manager, this role is key in supporting the smooth front of house operations of the depot and ensuring the Sales team functions well. Alongside your day to day duties you will spend time learning the machinery, processes and sales cycle required to be a future Area Sales Manager or Sales Administrator. Once you’ve gained these skills you will begin to support the demonstration of machinery and equipment, attending events and developing your customer base.

  • Ag Sales Trainee (Apprentice)

    Our Trainee Sales / Apprentice Sales is the first rung on the ladder to becoming an Area Sales Manager, this role is key in supporting the smooth front of house operations of the depot and ensuring the Sales team functions well. Alongside your day to day duties you will spend time learning the machinery, processes and sales cycle required to be a future Area Sales Manager or Sales Administrator. Once you’ve gained these skills you will begin to support the demonstration of machinery and equipment, attending events and developing your sales skills.
