The trio of PowrSpray™, ExactApply™, and BoomTrac™ Pro 2 ensures up to 98% accuracy—every drop lands where it should. The boom’s intelligent sensors and IMU maintain ideal spray height even at speed or on uneven ground. ExactApply™ uses individual nozzle control and pulse width modulation for consistent droplet size, while auto turn compensation and multi-metering across the boom take precision to the next level.

Power + efficiency

Under the hood, the 500R Self Propelled Sprayer features a 285 hp PowerTech™ PSS engine and the smooth efficiency of the CommandDrive™ hydrostatic transmission. With independent motors at each wheel, traction and stability are maximized on any terrain. In auto mode, engine RPM can reduce down to 1350 RPM and increase automatically as load or demand increases.
